Why am I seeing exhibitors I don't remember?
When you scanned an exhibitor's badge reader (or they scanned yours) at Demo Show, they joined your Connections list. At a busy show it's easy to forget individual booths — that's exactly why the hub exists. If you'd rather not hear from any exhibitor, you can Mute them on the Connections page, or switch them to Hub only so their messages live here without touching your inbox.
What's the difference between "Hub only" and "Muted"?
Hub only means the exhibitor can send you messages and materials, but they land only in your Post-Show Connect hub — nothing reaches your email inbox. Muted means the exhibitor cannot send you anything at all. Muting does not delete earlier messages or materials — those stay available in your hub.
Can exhibitors see when I've read their messages?
Exhibitors see whether you opened a message and whether you clicked one of the structured replies (like "Book a demo" or "Not interested"). They don't see when or how often you reread it, and they never see the contents of your Preferences.
How do I stop all communication from Demo Show?
Open Preferences and scroll to the Stop or delete section at the bottom. Stop all Demo Show follow-ups will mute every exhibitor from this show in one click. Your hub stays accessible so you can still read past messages and download materials. If you want everything gone, use Delete my account instead.
Will exhibitors keep my info after I mute them?
Muting stops them from contacting you through Post-Show Connect. Exhibitors do keep the contact info they captured at the show in their own CRMs, which is covered by the show's registration terms. To have an exhibitor delete your data from their system, go to Preferences → Profile & Data → Download my data and use the per-exhibitor deletion request. We forward the request and track their response.
Why do some messages say "Hub only" and others say "Emailed"?
The label reflects how that specific message reached you. 📧 Emailed means the message was also delivered to your email inbox. 🔔 Hub only means you set that exhibitor to "Hub only" on the Connections page, so their message stays here. Every message lives in the hub either way — this is your permanent archive.
